Here are some of our popular wedding styles:
• Buffet - your guests make their own choice from a selection of hot/cold dishes, we find this style slightly less formal and great for a large celebration.
• Alterate Drop - is a 50/50 split of set dishes
• Plated Meal - which is served individually to your guests at their table. A stylish option and a little more formal, or why not try a combination of both a buffet main and plated dessert.
• Continuous Canapés - a constant flow of canapés being passed around from little delights to more substantial bite
• Degustation Dinner - continuous flow of individual plated dishes which may consist up to 8 courses and can accompany wine to match
